1. Needs Analysis on Belongingness for Sub Populations in Schools:

Purpose: To identify areas of improvement and then plan and execute an action plan toward increased connectedness.

How: Through on-the-ground research, specific areas are studied to understand where individuals are underserved. Recommendations are then made to improve their sense of belonging. Support is available for implementing changes.

2. Analysis of Culture Climate for Community Members:

Purpose: To evaluate the quality of a student-centered climate or culture at school and recommend improvements to foster inclusivity and belonging.

How: Identify strengths and weaknesses in the culture and climate for different groups, propose strategies to enhance inclusivity and create a more welcoming environment.

3. Policy and Procedure Review and Revision:

Purpose: To assess existing policies and procedures focusing on inclusivity, followed by recommendations for improvement and revisions.

How: By developing a framework of inclusivity with an educational institution and then identifying policies or procedures that may hinder or facilitate school connectedness. Recommendations and guidance on revisions that promote inclusivity are made.
