1. Individual Coaching:

Purpose: To offer coaching and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills in creating inclusive learning environments.

How: Teaching and learning success begins with relationships and connection. By building a relationship with a teacher to understand what drives them, a method and strategy is created to more deeply support children who may not feel like a part of the fabric or learning community.

2. Curriculum and Planning Support:

Purpose: To provide analysis, review of scope and sequence, and planning assistance of instructional materials as educators work to deepen student connectedness.

How: By collaborating with educators in developing curriculum and teaching plans that are inclusive and sensitive to the diverse needs and backgrounds of students, fostering a profound sense of belonging.
